With over twelve years worth of experience in a variety of administrative roles, you know you are in safe hands.
A 5-year background in the yachting industry, I demonstrate adaptability, attention to detail, and customer focus—qualities allowing me to offer top-tier services.
From starting out as admin apprentice in the NHS at 17 to accounts and bookkeeping to receptionist and administrator for industry leading companies.
All backed up by a BA Business and Marketing Management degree and a CIM certificate in Digital Marketing Channels.

Pay-as-you-go plan is a great starting block if this is your introduction to a Virtual Assistant, it allows you to test the waters or if your needs vary widely on a week-to-week basis and don't require the commitment of a package.
£40-45 per Hour*
Minimum 1hr and billed at the end of the project/month.
Booking and deposit required.

Monthly retainer packages can be bought in blocks of 15hrs, 20hrs and 25hrs.
15hrs £30 per Hour
20hrs £29 per Hour
25hrs £28 per Hour
You have the assurance that those hours will be yours and don't run the risk of missing out on my services.
Payment up front for retainer packages, any additional hours will be billed at the PAYG rate. A maximum of 15% of hours may be rolled over to the following month.

When you are nearing your booked hourly limit, I will inform you - no unwanted surprises on the bill!
If booking via pay-as-you-go and the tasks have been completed and you have more than 30mins remaining, I'll reach out and inform you, I can take on another task - however cannot issue refunds for any remaining time.
